Nikkei leverages Krux to deliver enhanced customer experience

Krux’s data management platform will also drive greater value for the Tokyo-based publication’s advertising business.

Nikkei Inc will be leveraging Krux's data management platform to deliver improved customer experience and increase the value of its digital advertising business.

Founded in 1876, Nikkei is a Tokyo-based publication focusing on economic and industrial news, with a daily circulation of more than 3 million. Meanwhile, Krux offers a platform that unifies, synthesizes, and activates data across various screens -- from smartphones, PCs, connected TVs, gaming consoles to wearable devices -- to provide a holistic, real-time view of user behaviour.

By using Krux, Nikkei can thus gain information on readers' content preferences, usage patterns, and interactions with its publication. This data can then be used to build audience segments to deliver more valuable and engaging data-driven advertising products and packages to the many brand marketing partners it works with every day.
