Buffalo Wild Wings has selected NCR's cloud-enabled restaurant solutions to power its first outlet in Asia located at Capitol Commons in Pasig City in the Philippines.
According to a joint press statement, Buffalo Wild Wings will leverage NCR Aloha hospitality software suite, including cloud-based configuration and management tools, to improve its customer experience and operate with greater efficiency. The casual dining restaurant and sports bar will also use NCR's cloud-based employee theft deterrence solution to identify and mitigate losses due to employee theft in real time.
Additionally, the NCR Kitchen application will help Buffalo Wild Wings train staff on recipes and standard procedures to reduce preparation and cooking errors. It allows Buffalo Wild Wings to serve dining guests with freshly cooked foods within acceptable wait times and enhances the speed of service so that guests do not feel rushed or bored.
"NCR's fully integrated restaurant solution will make a tangible difference to Buffalo Wild Wings's customer experience and, ultimately, increase the revenues and profitability of its business," said Michael Hopkins, APAC region general manager of NCR Hospitality.
