Microsoft is enriching campus experience for Singapore's PSB Academy by delivering its cloud-based productivity suite.
The education institution for tertiary and university studies has deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Office 365 to ramp up its productivity and inventiveness in serving its students and prospects.
Solutions from Microsoft has provided PSB with workflow automation, and get greater visibility of its 11,000 students and potential enrollers.
The deployment has also enabled the Academy to engage with candidates every step of the way, and identify when candidates become less engaged.
"The Academy's goal in becoming better stewards of its students was key in its digital transformation and we are delighted to be able to partner with them in their journey in transforming its operations to meet the demands of its ever-changing and growing community," said Ngiam Foong Chee, marketing & operations lead, Microsoft Singapore.
Goodbye to spreadsheets
PSB Academy used spreadsheets to manage enquiries for gaining insights of its student database.
The institution recognised the need to be more responsive to both existing and potential students and searched for capabilities that would suit its requirements.
The Academy collaborated with Microsoft and their partner Pratyaya, to migrate its data and workflows into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, a cloud-based customer engagement solution.
This led to gains in terms of visibility, traceability and the ability to make smarter student-engagement and operational decisions from insights generated.
Dynamics CRM Online, has enabled PSB Academy to rely on alerts and triggers whenever there are mentions or discussions of the institution across social channels.
PSB Academy has also deployed Office 365, Microsoft's cloud-based productivity tool, to drive collaboration among students and educators.
