HoloLens hands-on: The Developer Edition

The shipping hardware is lighter, easier to adjust, and much more comfortable than last year’s prototypes

But as the software gets better, and as more 3D applications are developed and shared through HoloLens' dev community, both Microsoft and its developers are going to gain the experience needed to build mixed reality experiences. It's going to be interesting to see what they do with this first set of production hardware and how it evolves over the next couple of years, before it ends up in the office and in the home.
