Fuji Xerox Singapore boosts its multi-channel customer communications services

This new direction – the Fuji Xerox Document Management Solutions – revolutionises customer communication, enables effortless management of multi-channel communication in organisations, and increases customer value and loyalty.

"Because one thing we can be assured of - and it's happening globally - the end consumer, who is the bill payer, they are going to different channels expanding everyday so as that requirement comes back, they got to solve that problem. They are a banker, not a communications company, so we will do that service for them," he added.

"We are going to transform and bring a completely new multi-channel service, which includes printing, but all the other channels to the Singapore market - which we don't believe is here today. Cost savings means happier customers."

Future plans for Singapore

Fuji Xerox will open a new high-security facility in Singapore by the end of 2014 to deliver these new multi-channel services to the local market. Housing capabilities to process printing, scanning and data management, the new facility will adhere to stringent standards, processes and technology in information security.

Fully committed to client data security, Fuji Xerox Singapore, in conjunction with Fuji Xerox DMS, protects information systems and data at the new facility through the implementation of its internationally-recognised Information Security Management System (ISMS).
