The global economy and marketplace is highly competitive, with pressure on enterprises to not only be efficient and productive, but to also be innovative. Market volatility also demands that enterprises be agile and adaptive in order to survive. These can become lofty aspirations when businesses get caught up with micromanaging and navigating back-end, non-core business tasks.
