CoreOne Technologies extends its services in AP via Equinix

CoreOne Technologies does so by deploying in one of Equinix’s IBX data centres in Singapore.

CoreOne Technologies has selected Equinix — the global interconnection and data centre company — to support its Asia Pacific expansion.

By deploying in one of Equinix's International Business Exchange (IBX) data centres in Singapore (SG2), CoreOne Technologies is now able to offer its VistaOne platforms to its customers in the region. VistaOne is an information management and reporting platform that securely connects data from complex enterprise systems for the finance professionals.

Today, financial organisations are increasingly required to implement information control and have a general overview of their infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region. "This strategic deployment will provide CoreOne Technologies' users with the data management tools they need to comply with financial industry regulations in the region," said Clement Goh, managing director of Equinix South Asia. This is so as Equinix adheres to local information security requirements such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Internet Banking and Technology Risk Management (IBTRM) Guidelines.

Although the initial deployment will focus on the VistaOne platform, the move is "critical investment that will enable the company to extend its prime brokerage and fund administration platforms into this region," said Brian Rooney, senior vice president for Asia Pacific at CoreOne Technologies.
