Capillary Technologies help SMEs in Singapore achieve better ROI

Capillary Technologies — a Singapore-based customer engagement company that offers cloud-based intelligent solutions — is helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Singaporeachieve better return on investments (ROIs) by enabling them to improve their customer relationships.

Capillary Technologies' suite of Intelligent Customer Engagement solutions does so by offering real-time, high quality data capture, actionable analytics, instant cross-sell solutions and instant shopper gratification. This will not only help to generate significant ROI within weeks of implementation, but also enable local SMEs to capture consumer mindshare and build long term brand loyalty for accelerated growth, claimed the service provider in a statement.

For instance, Juzz1 a Singapore-based reseller for mobile phones and consumer electronics was able to capture almost 70 percent of all customers during the deployment of Capillary Technologies' solutions. Besides that, a recent 'members-only' campaign enabled Juzz1 to achieve 19 percent of sales during the campaign period from members.

Solutions from Capillary Technologies are supported by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) under the iSPRINT package. Upcoming local retail leaders and other SMEs in Singapore can thus claim up to 70 percent of the qualifying subscription costs, capped at S$20,000 (US$15,935). They are also entitled to a tax rebate of up to 60 percent on the non-refunded amount.
