Barghest Building Performance Pte Ltd (BBP) - an energy efficiency technology company in Singapore - has leveraged Infor's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution for its businesses in Malaysia and Singapore to further optimise its solutions for building systems and equipment.
The EAM solution enabled BBP to provide its clients with a centralised heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control system that gathers data, calculate and controls equipment in real-time to deliver cooling, generating maximum output at minimum energy cost.
"Our company's objective is to be recognised as a valued partner to our clients, as we enable maximised energy efficiency and cost savings through intelligent control system. Our business model of shared savings requires the ability to tag, track, maintain and troubleshoot equipment installed across a number of clients, which is why finding the right EAM partner is critical to our business," said Poyan Rajamand, CEO of BBP.
"We understand the value of flexibility and reliability when it comes to EAM. We also know that companies in Singapore and Malaysia are continuously looking to reduce energy costs and decrease building maintenance costs. With Infor EAM, BBP is providing even greater support to their clients, enabling them to meet their asset management and energy-use objectives, which in turn helps enables enhanced ROI and long-term competitive edge," said Helen Masters, Vice President of Infor ASEAN.
