Aspect Software has expanded its strategic partnership with HCL Insys - a subsidiary of HCL Infosystems - in an effort to bolster its global channel presence.
Under the partnership, HCL Insys will continue to drive growth in their contact centre business by offering Aspect's cloud, hybrid, and on-premises contact center solutions to enterprises in Singapore and the Middle East.
This is in addition to the existing alliance in India, where HCL is "helping outsourcing and technology companies fulfill complex contact centre requirements to deliver exceptional customer experiences", said Chris Koziol, President, Aspect.
The partnership will also broaden HCL's solutions portfolio, bolstering its ability to provide the right solution to help organisations achieve their business outcomes to remain competitive.
"We are delighted to offer the Aspect Hosted, Aspect Unified IP, and self-service suite to provide customers the choice of best-in-class solutions, thus accelerating their digital transformation," said Madhavan P, Senior Vice President - Office Automation, HCL Services Ltd.
According to Frost & Sullivan, the Asia Pacific Contact Centre applications market has been gradually and steadily growing at an annual CAGR of close to seven percent, driven by the demand for better customer experiences. Investments in Contact Centre applications are expected to grow faster across verticals like retail, banking, insurance, hospitality, government, healthcare and others. With this, there is also a surge in demand to engage with technology experts who can deliver solutions beyond software.
"What enterprises are looking to accomplish with customer experience is directly aligned to what Aspect and HCL Insys do best, and we hold significant share in the market backed by significant domain knowledge. I'm very excited in our partnership and enthusiastic about our joint market opportunities," commented Jagannath Narendran, Senior Vice-President Asia Pacific & Middle East, Aspect.
HCL Insys is no stranger to Singapore - the company is serving more than half of the republic's government agencies and ministries.
