Enterprise mobility company, Good Technology is recruiting three top executives, Dan Stoks, Lynn Lucas and Cheryln Chin from Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems and Motorola Mobility respectively.
Dan Stoks will join as chief revenue officer (CRO), Lynn Lucas as chief marketing officer (CMO) and Cheryln Chin as operations senior vice president. The trio will add more than 60 years of experience in strategic marketing, sales and channel programs to the company.
Christy Wyatt, chief executive of Good, said the company is focusing on designing a new secure mobility platform for the cloud-enabled workforce. "These additions to the executive team build on deep enterprise software and mobility expertise at Good," she said.
The new additions are in line with the company's expansion plans as it prepares for a reported IPO later this year. According to familiar sources, Morgan Stanley, Barclays PLC, Bank of America and Citigroup Inc are said to be working on the deal.
The Sunnyvale-based company is expected to be valued at over US$1 billion at the IPO.
Good is used by more than 3800 organizations worldwide, including eight of the top 10 financial services firms and five of the top 10 healthcare organizations in the Fortune 100 to securely collaborate and manage their information on mobile devices.
Stoks, who has more than 25 years of experience in sales and consulting for mobility, security and big data said he is drawn to Good's technology platform as it supports a global customer base for secure mobile collaboration and data sharing.
Lucas, the newly appointed CMO, expressed her excitement in joining the mobility forefront team. "With analysts predicting that smartphone and tablet shipments will reach a billion units worldwide this year, I'm excited about the opportunity in the marketplace for Good and our customers," she said.

Chin, with more than 20 years of business development experience under her belt said she is impressed with Good's ability to execute and scale BYOD and secure mobile computing.
