The ERP/CRM players have templates that, with about 10-15 percent customization, are ready to go-live.

In the four key markets that this company operates in, over the next two years, Silver Touch hopes to keep BI and analytics as its key focus areas, cloud and mobility being the 'cause and effect' of the demand for the former. "Customers are asking us to break down alert systems, workflow approvals, price lists, and the state of inventory. So the trend has kicked in. We will be definitely gearing up to meet these needs," says Vipul Thakkar, director, Silver Touch Technologies.
