Zebra Technologies appoints new Chief Marketing Officer

Newly-appointed Jeff Schmitz will be championing customer centricity and help shape business strategy at Zebra.

Zebra Technologies Corporation has named Jeff Schmitz as its senior vice president and chief marketing officer.

He will be replacing Juliann Larimer, who is now vice president of North America Sales for Zebra.

In this new role, Schmitz is responsible for the company's marketing strategy, programme development and tools to raise awareness of the Zebra Brand globally. He is also responsible for elevating customer centricity throughout the organisation, using analytics and insights to deliver superior customer experiences and measurable business results.

Prior to joining Zebra, Schmitz has held various leadership roles at companies such as Spirent Communications, Rivulet Communications, Visual Networks and Tellabs.
