Xchanging is expanding its presence in Singapore and has opened a second office in the city's insurance hub, announced the business process, procurement and technology services provider today.
According to an official statement, the new office is located in Tower 2, Asia Square. The company has more than 4,500 staff across its core business sectors in Asia.
"The opening underlines Xchanging's ongoing commitment to supporting the region's insurance industry, and enhances its existing near and offshore operations in both Singapore and Malaysia, where more than 500 people are dedicated to serving its current customer base," said the company in its statement.
Vijaykumar Murugeshan has been appointed Vice President, Insurance Services, Xchanging Asia. He is responsible for growing Xchanging's insurance footprint in the region from his base in Singapore.
"I look forward to leading Xchanging's insurance operations in this region, and providing relevant and value driven business solutions to both the local Singapore and wider Asian markets," said Murugeshan.
