Top UK companies set to reach gender diversity target for 2015

Women now make up 17.4 percent of the FTSE 250 boards according to the latest progress report from prestigious business school Cranfield School of Management.

85 percent of FTSE 100 companies stated a clear policy on boardroom diversity58 percent of companies set measurable objectives to increase the number of women on their boardonly 38 percent of companies addressed diversity in their board evaluation processover half (52 percent of companies) demonstrated clear policies or measures aimed at increasing the number of women in senior management98 percent reported on succession planning, with 32 percent specifying gender.
