Siemens PLM Software appoints KC Yee to lead Asia-Pacific

Siemens PLM Software has appointed KC Yee as senior vice president and managing director of Asia-Pacific, the company announced recently.

In this role, KC and his team are responsible for sales, sales support and services delivery in the Asia-Pacific region, the company said in a statement. KC is based in Hong Kong.

KC received his M.B.A. from Cranfield School of Management. He graduated from National University of Singapore where he received Bachelor of Science. Starting as a sales executive at IBM, KC's career has taken him into sales management, sales operations, product management, and consulting and services practice management.

With nearly 30 years of experience, KC has been in Asia-Pacific general management roles for more than 15 years. He most recently served as vice president and managing director, Greater China at Infor Global Solutions Inc., a US$3 billion global applications provider offering ERP, SCM, PLM, accounting and BI solutions. Prior to Infor Global, Yee served in various leadership roles across Asia-Pacific including country and regional positions at IBM, SSA, Atos, JD Edwards and Serena Software.
