Servion strengthens its presence in AP

Appoints important managers across Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand

As part of the company's continued international expansion, Sevion Global Solutions today announced the hiring of Charlene Koh and Stacey Tham as regional business development managers.

Stationed out of Singapore, Charlene Koh will be responsible for penetrating new markets and developing business opportunities in growing mid-market segment within Asia Pacific. She will also maintain and enhance Servion's relationships with existing clients in the region.

Stacey Tham, based in Singapore, will manage large enterprise clients across multiple business verticals and work with strategic partners to bid for new contracts.

Prior to this appointment, Koh and Tham were account managers at StarHub, handling hospitality and government-based accounts respectively.

They were both responsible for identifying new business opportunities and technologies, build value propositions for C-level customer and grow revenue streams within the existing account base. They also drove key activities including negotiating major business deals, master service agreements, account planning sessions and key projects.

Abhijit Banerjee, vice-president and region head APAC at Servion, said that Koh and Tham's appointment will enhance the company's existing sales force and growth in the region. "Within months of joining, they have both demonstrated their ability to attract new business for Servion in a broad range of sectors and geographies in Asia Pacific."

Other recent appointments
Servion had also earlier appointed Edi Purnama Ginting as client relationship manager in Jakarta. Previously, Ginting was the GM sales and marketing at PT Graha Telekomunikasi, and senior account manager at PT Jebsen & Jessen Communications Indonesia.

Servion also hired Patomporn Eddy Ongwisit and made him responsible for business development and growth based in Bangkok. He rejoins Servion after spending three years with the company in his previous tenure. Over the span of 15 years, he has worked with Cisco Systems in Thailand, Jebsen & Jessen Communications and Sun-Systems Corporation.
