Schneider Electric appoints Rerina Or as President for Hong Kong

Schneider Electric has appointed Rerina Or as President of Schneider Electric Hong Kong, the energy management company announced on December 2.

Rerina will assume this position effective 1 January 2015, when she will replace Eric Xie who will be taking up new responsibilities as Chief of Staff, Global Purchasing Operation, the company said in a statement.

In her new role, Rerina will be responsible for leading the company's overall business in Hong Kong and for overseeing strategic planning and sales operations in this market.

Rerina has diversified experience in sales, marketing, purchasing and country management. She is currently Global Purchasing Vice President, Raw Materials Market, and was previously President of Schneider Electric Taiwan.

Rerina holds a Bachelor of Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Graduate School of Management, and a Master of Arts in Communications from Hong Kong Baptist University.
