Q&A: Partnering is a journey

Zafar Anjum | Aug. 2, 2013
Dell’s Richard Lee says channel partnering is not something that can happen overnight. The journey entails understanding each other better so as to value-add to the customer ecosystem, explains the Vice President, Global Commercial Channel, APJ.

The Dell Engineers' Club is an APJ-led initiative, where a community of the best IT talents in the market gather to share and learn the latest in technology. Dell plays a role in bringing them together, sharing with them all our solutions and successful case studies, and inviting them to experiment on our end-to-end solutions.

The Dell Engineers' Club serves as a conduit where technical people can discuss about technology. This is a long-term commitment from Dell APJ, and our intention is to take the Engineers' Club to South Korea and beyond. Being a system manager over 20 years ago, I empathise with our partners and would like to help by providing them with the right resources to improve. I am motivated to make the Engineers' Club a regional community and in the future, a global community.
