NICE and Silver Lining Solutions collaborate to enhance employee performance and training

Partnership allows organisations to have tailored training programmes that aim to increase productivity and profit.

Worldwide leading provider of software solutions NICE systems has partnered with Silver Lining Solutions to help organisations - especially contact centres, back offices, branches and retail outlets ­­ - achieve greater enterprise-wide value from advanced workforce optimisation (WFO) technologies.

A leader in performance optimisation, Silver Lining Solutions offers two products to aid organisations in employee performance and training: the Optimizer and Planner, which can be set up on-premise or in the cloud.

While the Optimizer identifies the employees' skill and knowledge gaps to allow organisations to deliver tailored training, the Planner schedules and manages training plans for each employee based on their performance.

The partnership builds on previous customer-initiated collaboration activities to improve frontline training and expand employee skill sets across contact centres, back offices, and branches.
