Kelly Tan appointed as new MD of SAP Singapore

Kelly replaces Kowshik Sriman, who will take on an expanded role as Vice President, Top Deals, SAP Southeast Asia.

Kelly Tan has been appointed as Managing Director for SAP Singapore, SAP Asia Pacific & Japan said in an announcement today.

Based in Singapore, Kelly reports to François Lançon, President and Managing Director for SAP Southeast Asia and she will be responsible for business strategy development and operations for SAP in Singapore.

"SAP has been operating in Singapore since 1989, helping our customers run better in one of the world's most competitive economies," said François Lançon, President and Managing Director, SAP Southeast Asia. "Kelly's appointment will provide the leadership to build on our strong growth trajectory and further drive our customer-focused innovation strategy in Singapore."

Kelly replaces Kowshik Sriman, who will take on an expanded role as Vice President, Top Deals, SAP Southeast Asia. Kowshik will continue to be based in Singapore.

Kelly joins SAP from Hewlett-Packard, where she recently held the role of Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Group, HP South East Asia, while also serving as Managing Director for HP Singapore.

She has more than 20 years of experience with HP, spanning a variety of regional and global roles. "SAP is undoubtedly a global market leader and I am delighted to join the SAP family," said Kelly Tan, Managing Director for SAP Singapore

Kelly holds an MBA from University of Dubuque, Iowa, United States, and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Transportation and International Business from Ohio State University.
