You give the impression that your lab isn't afraid to try different things and not necessarily towing the corporate line.
We've got to change the company; they're not going to be making printers for ever. We have to. I personally is very worried about this. Fuji Xerox is a communications company. We used to say "document" for communications. What's communication? It's video, audio, meeting with people. I talked a lot about things—teleconferencing, social media—it's all related to communication, between people. So that gives us a pretty broad area [to work on]. We're not going to make dog food. [Laughs.]
