India’s CRMNEXT appoints new Director for Strategy and Customer Advocacy

The newly-appointed Hitesh K Arora will be responsible for Strategy and Customer Advocacy, which ideally would cover Business Strategy in SEA and expansion in the region, on top of handling existing clients.

India-based product startup CRMNEXT has recently appointed Hitesh K Arora as its new Director for Strategy and Customer Advocacy.

In this new role, Hitesh will be responsible for Strategy and Customer Advocacy, which ideally would cover Business Strategy in South East Asia and expansion in the region, on top of handling existing clients.

Prior to joining the company, Hitesh most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer of Yum! Restaurants India Pvt Ltd. With over 25 years of experience, Hitesh has also held other leadership positions at organisations like Nucleus Software, Polaris Financial Technologies, NIIT Technologies, Bank of America, Max Life Insurance and Yum! Brands.

Commenting on this new appointment, Nishant Singh, CEO of CRMNEXT, said, "We are extremely happy that Hitesh has decided to come on board.
