Greg Newman is now head of human capital management (HCM) product development of the Singapore-based vendor of relationship analytics solutions, TrustSphere.
A press statement by this vendor said their company will leverage Newman's experience in developing such solutions as their company engages increasingly larger organizations in need of deeper understanding of relationship patterns among their own staff and between staff and customers and business partners.
It described TrustSphere's relationship analytics tools as employing advanced algorithms to analyse only traffic patterns in email, voice or SMS without accessing their contents.
Thus, these tools avoid privacy issues while at the same time, developing visual maps to aid decision making with regard to an organisation's team morale, work culture, sales and marketing and to improve productivity.
