Choon-Seng Tan, Managing Director, South East Asia, Genesys
Genesys, customer experience and contact centre solutions provider, has recently named Choon-Seng Tan as the company's new Managing Director for the South East Asia (SEA) region.
In this new role, Tan will be responsible for driving and executing the company's sales strategy and managing the Genesys' sales teams in SEA. Based in Singapore, he will report to Bruce Eidsvik, Genesys' Senior Vice President for the Asia Pacific region.
According to a media statement, Tan has over 25 years of experience in the IT and software industry, predominantly in the customer experience and contact centre markets. He has served in sales and leadership positions in corporations like Aspect, Avaya, and Convergys developing and building partnerships with clients, global system integrators and local channel partners across Asia Pacific.
"Increasingly, businesses in the region are prioritising customer experience as a strategic differentiator and are turning to Genesys solutions to help them take their customer experience journey to new levels," said Eidsvik. "We are excited to have Choon-Seng onboard to lead our teams and drive forward Genesys' rich solutions to new and existing customers across the region."
