Executive Appointment: SAP appoints Grace Ho as Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific, Japan

SAP has appointed Grace Ho as new Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific Japan, the company said in a recent announcement.

Based in Singapore, she has been tasked with further growing the company's marketing footprint.

The company said in a statement that Grace Ho will assume responsibility for SAP's marketing, advertising, brand management, digital and social media across the region, effective immediately.

Ho's 18 years of sales and marketing experience in IT software, services and hardware will be a critical asset in further driving the company's business forward, said a company spokesperson.

"A large and diversified region, Asia Pacific Japan requires its vast range of markets to be approached in different ways," said Grace Ho. "There is much opportunity for growth in the region and it is important that we continue to bring the SAP story to larger and broader audiences as we aim to help businesses run better and improve people's lives."

Ho joins SAP from Motorola Solutions Singapore, where she jointly served as both Country President and Head of Sales for the Asia Pacific region.

Ho holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore. She speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and some Japanese.
