Asian digital marketing company, CtrlShift, announced yesterday several additions to its leadership team in a bid to strengthen the company's strategy of marrying service and innovation for its clients and partners.
New additions to the company include Serm Teck Choon as Head of Product, and Ikmal Heidir as Head of Client Success.
With a background steeped in digital, Serm will be heading the product innovation team to create new programmatic solutions for both advertisers and publishers. He brings nearly two decades of experience from Malaysian news portal, The Star Online, where he worked as the Head of Products (Digital).
"More people are getting online more often. Brands have to be there, or risk being lonely offline. CtrlShift's programmatic solutions give publishers and advertisers the means to better serve their consumers' digital needs, with data, in real-time," said Serm.
On the other hand, Heidir brings over seven years of client management experience from agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, J. Walter Thompson and Lowe and Partners. According to him, the company shares a strong view with him that innovation should not come at the expense of service quality. As such, Heidir said that he looks forward to achieving client service excellence, delivered through advanced technology with a human touch, in this new role.
CtrlShift currently operates in five countries across Southeast Asia - Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines. In a media statement, CtrlShift said that the company is aggressively growing and seeks to gain strength in the region, with an aim to expand by over 50 percent this year.
