Acronis announced today (Oct 12) the appointment of Steve Goh as its new Vice President/General Manager of Sales for Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets.
In this new role, Goh is responsible for deploying and executing Acronis' business strategy, growing sales and extending the company's footprint in these regions. He will also focus on restructuring, building and motivating teams, as well as drive growth via Channel & Alliances Sales and Direct and Enterprise Sales.
A veteran in the IT industry, Goh has over 25 years of experience and has held several senior management positions in sales and marketing. He brings to the company great experience driving business growth across Enterprise, Small Medium, Public Sector, OEM and Retail business segments.

Goh is replacing Jan-Jaap Jager, who has moved to a new role within Acronis, details of which will be announced separately.
