This last point deserves elaboration. After spending time with customers and partners across the region, I'm convinced that companies need more data-driven insights into all employee touchpoints-from training to rewards, from retention to contribution. Those metrics should be in tune with the evolving nature of the workplace, particularly as digital technologies are changing the way businesses operate, interact and grow, and also reflect each company's individual culture and values.
After all, traditional processes, tools and strategies that were used in the past are not well suited for the 21st century employment marketplace. The research shows that employees are constantly evolving. If companies don't keep up, they'll get left behind.
