As part of of its expansion plan, Taiwan-headquartered smartphone firm HTC has launched its new HTC Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur, which will also help to meet the needs of a growing customer base in the country.
HTC's head of global customer service operations Jinson Chiang said the centre, which is located at Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur, would serve as a liaison point for the company's partners as well as offering after-sales service, training, and support.
"Besides focusing on creating the best handheld devices which provide premium mobile experience, HTC aims to delight our partners and customers by putting them first before anything else," said Chiang.
"The continued enhancements to our customer service offerings is a testament of our commitment to upkeep our promise," he said. "The strategic location of the HTC Service Centre will provide our stakeholders with easier access to reliable and friendly services and we believe this will make it a joy for them to engage with HTC innovations."
The new Berjaya Times Square HTC Service Centre will operate on weekdays from 10am to 7pm.
